Current TEST Program: The BIGGEST LOSER!

Each participant will have a 10-15 min consult/training session focusing on one - two body parts just like a teaser session.  Each participant will be able to join one of two boot camp class Individuals will be compared by using total body weight percentages.  During initial weigh in team members will be given nutrition fact sheet.  Then once every month during the meeting they will be given nutrition handouts as well as an inspiration talk with (Q&A) with Manny “Tiny” Yarbrough.

Weigh in dates: (every two weeks with sneakers off!!! )

    21&22
  • Feb 4&5
    18&19
  • March 3&4
    17&18

*First and last weigh in must be with trainer to be eligible for prize

Member’s Responsibility:
Once members starts contest they will be responsible for there handing in there weight in on a weekly basis on the sheets that are provided.

Contest Benefits:
Work with dedicated trainers and other members to achieve your weight loss goal!

Contest Prizes:
At the end, the individual with the most body weight percentage lost will be named the winner as well with the first, second and third place participant.

1st place -1 hour massage and  1 training session
2nd place - ½ hour training session and ½ hour massage
3rd place - ½ hour training session

Top 3 winners will also receive discount towards mindless meals
Top 10 participants will receive t-shirts
