Cancellation Policy

Any appointment that is cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled time slot will result in a loss of that session. Please call your respective club to cancel or reschedule your appointment as it may be booked online but not cancelled online. This will ensure accurate and appropriate billing for each and every session and allow TEST to manage it's time to offer available slots to others with advance notice. TEST also enjoys keeping track of its long list of cancellation excuses to review at the annual holiday party! Thank you for your cooperation & have a healthy day.
